Description

Utilizing its Cellular Visual Technology (CVT) AnaLogic/Eutecus has developed an ultra high speed light flicker event detection solution relying on the latest version of the Bi-i camera.

Light flicker events can be detected and classified based on their occurrence and shape properties at an unprecedented speed. The complete standalone application runs on the Bi-i platform. The information on errors is transmitted to a host computer, which can make the necessary interventions in the manufacturing process.

The current systems are optimized for spark-plug analysis, however, the solution can be easily generalized to other types of light flicker detection and characterization problems - the InstantVision solutions running on the Bi-i system ensure a rapid application prototyping.
