Eutecus, Inc., headquartered in Austin, TX, with marketing and development offices in Berkeley, CA, is a privately owned Company promoting the transfer of technology , products and applications from Europe into North America and Asia. Founded in late 2002, Eutecus entered into a multifaceted partnership with AnaLogic Computers, Ltd. to extend, promote and commercialize vision systems that use the novel Cellular Visual Technology developed by AnaLogic.

Sharing a common vision with AnaLogic of the potential of CVT to extend the machine vision market scope, Eutecus maintains a technology and applications team in Berkeley as well as a Business Development and Marketing arm. Key senior management and development personnel are shared with AnaLogic in a full partnership, providing a common development and market direction.

Vision Systems utilizing CVT are capable of real-time capture and processing of images at extremely high speeds, enabling new applications in the machine vision area heretofore unreachable. This technology has direct application in markets such as High Speed Quality Inspection, Intelligent Security and Surveillance, and multiple Military areas. Eutecus delivers the technology via services and products, including the award winning Bi-i ultra high-speed smart camera. These are centered on three key technology components, which comprise the core know-how of the company.

Since 2003, Eutecus has been awarded a number of Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) grants for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), the Office of Naval Research (ONR) and the National Aeronautics and Space Agency (NASA/JPL).

Eutecus includes senior management personnel with extensive experience in multiple high technology industrial areas, as well as key founding personnel from AnaLogic.
