Dr. Csaba Rekeczky

President and CEO

Dr. Rekeczky has been working on cellular visual technology related research and product development areas for more than 10 years and is the co-founder of Eutecus. As the President and CEO of the Company, his main task is to affirm Eutecus’ position in the US military market and place the company on a steady growth path in the security/surveillance market worldwide. In his capacity as CTO, Dr. Rekeczky leads strategic research and product development. He holds a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering and computer science and is the author or co-author of more than 100 publications, most of which have been published in peer-reviewed sci-journals, books and conference proceedings. In recent years, he has directed several large scale research, system and software development projects related to various aspects of real-time video and image processing. Most of these activities were also related to a technology transfer process from an academic environment to industry and significantly contributed to the birth and expansion of Eutecus. Dr. Rekeczky has lived, worked and taught in several countries including Japan and the USA. He is married, has a daughter, and enjoys playing table tennis, soccer and piano.

Dr. Gusztáv Bártfai

Director of European Operation

Dr. Bartfai graduated in electronic and computer engineering at the Technical University of Budapest, where he obtained his Ph.D. degree in 1999. Prior to joining Eutecus, he held R&D management positions in the telecommunications and automotive industries, leading development projects of up to 10 man-years. As Director of the European operation, Dr. Bartfai leads commercial business development, product development and customer support worldwide including traffic surveillance customers in the Asia-Pacific region. Before his move to industry, Dr. Bartfai held a senior lecturer position in computer science at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, for 9 years. He is the author or co-author of 20 peer-reviewed scientific papers on artificial neural networks, and is an adjunct member of the Information Technology Faculty at Pazmany Peter Catholic University. He is married with two children, likes playing soccer, and is keen on traveling and photography.

Paul J. Koskey

VP of Business Development

Paul J. Koskey, retired from federal service in 2008, joined Eutecus’ Board in early 2009. Koskey’s United States Military and Civil Service (CS) career spanned more than 40 years. He held a number of positions within DOD, first as a USAF Intelligence Officer, and then as a CS employee in various roles within DOD. His experience includes working for the USAF as an Intelligence Operations Specialist, National Disclosure Policy Officer, Foreign Military Sales Negotiator, Program Manager and Contracting Officer. He was a Joint Staff (J-5 Plans and Policy) Action Officer and Planner serving for nine years as an advisor to the Director for Politico Military Affairs, Director J-5, Director of the Joint Staff and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff on matters pertaining to Security Assistance, National Technology Transfer policy and issues, Allied Force joint education and collaboration, military humanitarian assistance and other international security matters. Over the past 18 years he worked in the Missile Defense Agency as an International Program Manager and Integrator, led the MDA Technology Transfer program, and in his last assignment served as the Innovation Team Leader where he was responsible for locating, cultivating and seeking applications for innovative technology. Paul has extensive experience in encouraging and transitioning new technology into key applications and in his role as the VP of Business Development is advising and supporting Eutecus in technology transfer programs.
